SOUNDPOST MUSIC FESTIVAL - POLICIES

- All directors must complete an online entry. Your online entry confirmation email is your invoice, make copies for your records.

- A non-refundable $300.00 deposit is due immediately after your online entry is submitted. Your deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. Groups will not be officially scheduled until we receive your deposit

- Your final balance is due NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS before your performance date. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed per group for payments received after this date.

- For student safety all water park tickets must be purchased through SoundPost Music Festival. There will be NO ONSITE TICKET SALES AT THE WATERPARK. Don't forget to include your adult chaperones and guests. Bus driver tickets may be purchased at the check-in desk for a discounted rate (this only applies to bus drivers). Groups will receive 1 free waterpark ticket and meal voucher with every 20 paid.

- Cancellation before April 1st -- all student fees refunded, less the non-refundable $300.00 deposit.

- Cancellation April 1st or after -- NO refund of any fees or the deposit.

- The festival WILL NOT BE CANCELLED due to rain. In the event of rain, festival performances will still take place and water park tickets will be given to directors and students to be used at any time during the current summer season. Meal vouchers may still be used on the performance day unless weather conditions are too severe.

- Emergency Cancellation: if a cancellation occurs due to emergency situations (natural disasters, hurricane, swine flu, etc.), refunds will be returned minus actual expenses already incurred by SoundPost Music Festival.


- Minimum group size of 30 for entry.
